The process for Design & Build
Our design and build process ensures a smooth journey from initial concept to completion, with expert guidance every step of the way.
Your Vision
First we need to discover where you are and where you want to be. A phone call or email should help understand what you want and the next steps to achieve this.
Site Survey
A site survey appointment is undertaken at your home. We will listen to your ideas/ requirements and review your existing property and external area. We will then make suggestions as to different options and answer any questions you may have.
Estimate
Following up from your site survey we will email you an estimate along with a CAD floor plan drawing (existing and proposed) to bring the ideas to life.
Reservation Fee
Upon approving the estimate, we will secure your position in our work programme and commence work on your plan drawings once you have paid the reservation fee.
Measure Up Appointment
We will undertake a full measure up of your home so draft plans can be produced.
Plan Drawings Review
We meet with you again to review the plan drawings and make any required amendments. All ready to submit for planning permission (if required).
Building Regulation Drawings/ submission & Structural Design
Once planning permission (or certificate of lawful development) has been approved, we will compile your Building Regulation drawings and get a quote for a company to undertake the Building Regulation plan check and site visits. We will also get a quote for a company to produce the structural design/calculations for your project.
Full Quotation/ Acceptance Meeting
Once we have the Building Regulation Drawings and Structural Design/Calculations, we will provide a full Quotation for your project. Following this, we will meet with you to confirm the final quotation and discuss the start date for your project, alongside the stage payment plan.
Pre Contract Meeting
A few weeks prior to your build commencing, we will meet at your home to go through the important information we need to collate and provide before we start work on your project.
Building
Our team of master builders will begin the building process. We take care of our builders, so you don’t have to. Our builders pride themselves on the quality of their work and tidy sites which is managed by a site manager who will be your point of contact.
Completion
We ensure you are happy with the finishing touches and final build before signing off the project as complete.

The process for build from plans
If you already have design plans, approvals, and structural calculations in place, our process is tailored to bring your project to life efficiently and precisely, with our team handling each detail to deliver a flawless build.
Your Vision

Architect Own Plans
You have drawn up your plan drawings and have all the relevant permissions in place (including structural calculations if required).
Site Survey
A site survey appointment is arranged at your home where we gain further understanding of the build, will will require a copy of your full plans & structural calculations to take away with us.
The Full Quote
A quote is issued for your review and acceptance.
Holding Deposit
Upon approving the quote we will secure your position on the work programme with a holding deposit.
Acceptance Meetings
A final meeting is arranged to confirm the final quote and discuss the start date for your project to commence, alongside the stage payment plan.
